2. Use of Service

Sheen Cabs provides a platform to connect riders with drivers. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the service.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

4. Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are quoted in your local currency and may be subject to change. Payment must be made through the approved payment methods available in the app.

5. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a booking at any time before the driver arrives. Cancellations made after the driver has been dispatched may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any prohibited activities including copying, distributing, or disclosing any part of the service, or using automated systems to access the service.

7. Liability and Disclaimers

Sheen Cabs acts as an intermediary between riders and driver partners. While we strive to ensure quality service, we are not liable for the actions, behavior, or negligence of driver partners or riders.

8. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your personal information.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
